Note: The statue is a religious and cultural landmark; its value today lies in its symbolism and views rather than historical politics.

The Vung Tau Greyhound Stadium is one of the few remaining greyhound racing venues in Southeast Asia. Races are typically held on Friday and Saturday evenings (19:00–22:30).

Take the Vung Tau Cable Car up to Ho May Park for sweeping views of the city and coastline. At the top, visitors can explore light entertainment facilities, walking paths, and scenic viewpoints in a cooler, greener setting.
